Here is the printable rego form, in 3 different formats so no excuses for not printing it out and filling one in!

Update: Orders for merchandise can no longer be accepted! Please do not fill in the merchandise order section.

We have noticed that the billeting dates in the printable form say 12, 13 and 14, the correct dates are the 15th through the 17th. Please "add 3" to the dates when filling in the form (the Wednesday, Thursday and Friday bit is correct however).

Physical forms must be postmarked on or before 19th June 2009, or the $30 late fee will apply.
